Are your artworks really originals?
Yes. All paintings and art objects in our shop are genuine unique pieces and are made entirely by hand. No prints, no copies, no mass-produced goods – each work exists only once.
How do I know it's a genuine original?
Each artwork is personally signed and carefully prepared. This way, you can be sure you're receiving a true original.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days.
We take the time to professionally inspect your artwork, package it securely, and prepare it for shipping.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How will the painting be packaged?
Very safe. We pack each artwork sturdily and shockproof so that it arrives safely. Our packaging is specially designed to reliably protect art.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
Don't worry – we'll handle it smoothly.
Simply write to us directly and send photos of the package and the artwork. We'll take care of it immediately and find the best solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically displayed correctly at checkout - depending on the country and order value.
Shipping is even free above certain amounts.
How long does shipping take after dispatch?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
To other countries, it may take a little longer depending on the region.
Can I return a piece of art?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
If you are unsure or have any questions, just write to us – we always find a fair solution.
Can I order a custom image or commission a piece?
Yes, absolutely. We also paint individual custom designs (e.g., animals, special ideas, or personal themes).

What if I don't like my desired image in the end?
We discuss everything in detail beforehand and can show you intermediate steps if desired. This way, the work is created step by step together with you.
Our goal is always: You should be truly happy in the end.
And if something needs to be adjusted, we'll talk about it openly – we'll find a solution.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. You will automatically receive an invoice via email along with your order confirmation.
If you can't find it, please send us a quick message – we'll resend it immediately.
