Are your artworks really originals?
Yes. All paintings and art objects in our shop are genuine unique pieces and handmade. We do not sell prints or copies. Each work exists only once.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 1–3 business days.
Before shipping, we carefully inspect the artwork again, package it securely, and prepare everything for dispatch.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How will the painting be packaged?
We pack every artwork carefully and in such a way that it is well protected during transport. We pay special attention to ensuring that the painting is stable and protected from shocks.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
Don't worry. Just write to us directly and ideally send us photos of the package and the damaged artwork.
We will review the case and find a suitable solution together.
Can I return a piece of art?
Yes. You generally have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
If you have any questions about a return, you can simply write to us.
Can I order a custom image or commission a piece?
Yes, absolutely. We also paint custom motifs, for example of animals or based on special ideas and themes.
Just tell us what you envision. We will then discuss together what is possible. The consultation is, of course, free and without obligation.

What if I don't like my desired image in the end?
Before we start, we'll discuss exactly how you envision the picture. If you wish, we can also send you photos of the current progress during the painting process. This way, you can see how your picture develops step by step.
If you don't like something or want a change, you can, of course, tell us. We'll discuss it openly and see together what's possible.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. You will receive your invoice by email.
If you cannot find the invoice, please send us a short message. We will gladly send it to you again.
