Are all the artworks really hand-painted?
Yes, absolutely. All works under "Paintings" and "Art Objects" are genuine one-of-a-kind pieces – hand-painted and meticulously handcrafted. No mass-produced items, no prints. Only genuine, handmade art.
What do I receive when I order a painting?
You will receive a unique, hand-painted original on high-quality cotton canvas using professional acrylic paints. The painting arrives ready to hang, stretched on a sturdy spruce and fir wood frame – the edges are fully painted, so an additional frame is not necessary.
Pre-mounted picture hangers allow you to hang the artwork immediately upon receipt.
Each painting is personally signed on the front and back by Daniel or Gulnara Heinz and stamped with a logo. Paintings 30 x 30 cm and larger come with a certificate of authenticity. For smaller formats, the signature on the back, along with the company stamp, serves as proof of authenticity. Occasionally, we include a small surprise as a thank you.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. For paintings larger than 30 × 30 cm, we include a certificate of authenticity confirming originality and authorship.
For smaller formats, the personal signature on the back with company stamp serves as proof of authenticity – just as unique and documented.
Should you later require official proof – e.g., for insurance or resale – simply send us a photo of the artwork. We will then issue you an official confirmation.
Will the artwork be signed?
Yes, each work is carefully signed:
- Front: personal signature of the artist
- Back: Signature, company stamp (lacquered), full name, website link (www.h1z-art.de) and Instagram username (@danh1z, @gulnaraheinz)
Is the painting varnished?
Our paintings are delivered unvarnished to preserve the natural brushstroke texture.
When will it be shipped?
Your order will usually be shipped within 1–3 business days . During this time, we will carefully prepare your painting – attaching the picture hanger, signing it, issuing a certificate of authenticity, packaging it, and preparing the shipping documents.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order is urgent, please send us a short message – we will then prioritize shipping.

⚠️ Note for Switzerland: Switzerland is not an EU member. In addition to shipping costs, Swiss import duties and VAT (approx. 7.7%) may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship exclusively via DHL – reliable, insured, and with tracking. All shipments are insured, large items up to €25,000.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage – packaging and product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement, repair, or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I return the painting?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive the goods.
Can I buy directly from you without using the online shop?
Yes, of course. Just write to us via email or WhatsApp – we'll gladly handle the purchase directly with you.
Can I commission a custom image?
Yes! Write to us by email at h1z.online.shop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +49 174 7206298. We will advise you free of charge and without obligation.
Commissioning does not obligate you to purchase – except in the case of portraits of people, as these works are created exclusively for you and cannot be passed on.
What happens if I don't like the finished picture I wanted?
With us, you only buy what truly moves you. If the finished piece doesn't meet your expectations, we'll discuss a solution together – special conditions apply to portraits, as the work is created exclusively for you.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. You will receive an invoice by email along with your order confirmation. If it is missing, please email us at h1z.online.shop@gmail.com with the subject line "Invoice" – we will send it to you immediately.
